All scouts/scouters/Adults

The Annual Health and Medical Record (hereafter AHMR) is required for all scouts and adults that participate in any activity. Since it our hope that every boy will attend a long term camp during year please complete parts A,B,C.

After completing the AHMR please bring copy to a meeting or email copy to Natalie at ranortiz@verizon.net.

All adults who interact with the scouts will need Virtus training.  This is the Archdiocese's child protection training.This is in addition to YPT and the required BSA training for your position. If you are already trained, please inform the Committee Chair . We need your assistance to make sure we are compliant as soon as possible, as this wil impact our ability to provide the scouting program to our boys.

Summary
Announcements help to communicate important messages to your members. They can be used instead of sending out an email to all members. They are shown on the Home page of your Unit's website so that everybody will read them upon first accessing the site. The newest Announcements (or last edited) will show at the top of the home page.

Create
Announcements are created by troop leaders so not everyone has this ability. And you have to be logged in to do this.

Our new email list is created and populated based on records found in Troopmaster. So there is a possibility that you may not be receiving email updates because a record wasn't created for you when we import[ed] from Troopmaster. We've also noticed there are people in Troopmaster that don't have an email address. So, for those members that are currently NOT receiving troop emails this is for you!
